Class Rules

Hiroshi Academy students must follow class rules. If you fail to follow the rules, there is a possibility of expulsion. And in case of dismissal, the admission fee is not refundable. We believe that student cooperation is essential to ensure a successful online class!

1. Attend the class on time, if possible 2 minutes early will be requested.
2. Be sure to submit your homework by the day before the next class. The teacher checks everyone's homework and returns it with comments.
3. Cannot be absent from class. If you cannot attend the class, be sure to contact us the day before the class.
4. Having a stable internet connection is essential to effectively participate in online classes, so ensure that in advance.
5. Make sure you have all the necessary materials including books, notes, pens and other equipment before the class starts.
6. Choose a quiet, distraction-free environment to attend class. This will enable you to concentrate better and get the most out of the class.
7. Avoid any background noise that may interfere with the attention of others in class, such as loud music or TV.
8. Actively participate in class, participate in discussions, ask questions and answer questions.
9. Avoid multitasking during class. Focus completely on class and avoid distractions.
10. Show respect to your teachers and classmates, avoid talking down to your classmates.
11. Test your equipment, such as your webcam, microphone, and speakers, before class begins to make sure all equipment is working properly.
12. Follow instructions: Follow the teacher's instructions and guidelines, such as turning off your microphone when not speaking.
